Refund policy

We hope that you are pleased with your order, however we do understand that sometimes you may wish to exchange or return an item. Our policy allows 14 days from receipt to request this.

To start an exchange or return, please contact us at orders@keicollections.co.uk with your full name and email address used at checkout, order number and reason for exchanging/returning. You will need to cover the cost of the shipping.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. Given that we do not attach swing tags to our garments, please be aware that we will inspect returns closely and reserve the right to refuse should it not meet our criteria. 

Damages and issues
Please examine your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
